Coffee

  • In the heart of Mount Pleasant at our location on 156 West 8th Avenue, Vancouver, BC.

  • On the shop page of the website there are categories for each blend we carry along with blend descriptions on each product page. If you would like a more personalized recommendation, feel free to contact us and our team can definitely help you pick the blend right for you

  • Yes, our Harmony Decaf is an uncompromising, rich, and full-bodied blend. Our decaf is decaffeinated through a chemical-free, organically certified Swiss Water process.

  • At any of our cafe locations and/or you can visit our retailers page to find where our coffee is sold near you.

  • We do not add anything to our blends. The words on the labels are tasting notes - flavours that arise by the intentional blending of different beans.

Shipping & Pick up

  • Expedited shipping: 3-5 business days

    Xpress shipping: 1-3 business days

  • You will be sent a Canada Post tracking number once the order has been processed.

  • We have flat rate shipping that is calculated a checkout based on location and order weight.

  • Pick up orders can be picked up at our West 8th location Monday - Friday only.

    Orders placed before 10am are available for same day pick up anytime after 12pm.

    Orders placed after 10am/on weekends/holidays will be available for pick up the next business day.

Subscriptions

  • Same day if the order is placed during business hours.

    Next business day if the order is placed over a weekend/holiday.

  • Either bi-weekly or monthly.

  • Expedited shipping is free Canada-wide.

  • You can cancel your subscription through the website.

    To change your subscription, you will need to cancel your current subscription and sign up for a new one.

    Please reach out to us if you have difficulties doing so.

  • You can contact us to modify the blends within your subscription but you can’t mix subscriptions.

Returns & Exchanges

  • Unfortunately all ground coffee is final sale as we can’t reuse it. We try our best to state this clearly on the product page above the grind selection. Please contact us if you have any questions.
